Introduction

The purpose of the free Agrino Personal Home Page program is to give people from Cyprus or people related  to Cyprus the ability to create a home on the World Wide Web that reflects their interests, hobbies and points of view, and to allow people to communicate their thoughts and ideas with others.

Content Guidelines

Agrino.Org does not discriminate based on sex, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture,  religion or socio- economic status.

Please refrain from using your Personal Home Page Chat and Forum session for the following activities:

1.Displaying material containing nudity or pornographic material of any kind;

2.Providing material that is grossly offensive to the online community, including blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity;

3.Displaying material that exploits children under 18 years of age;

4.Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promoting any act of cruelty to animals; This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

Providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons; Disseminating personal information about another individual for malevolent purposes; Creating "Crush" sites; Providing computer software viruses or software designed to create a virus; Providing satellite TV cracks; Providing programs to "nuke" or create a denial of service attack against another individual or ISP; Facilitating the delivery of "spam" e-mail; Soliciting passwords from other members.

5.Committing acts of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property infringement; This includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:

Providing pirated computer programs or links to such programs (this also includes files which are solely intended for game emulation); Providing information used to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, including serial or registration numbers for software programs; Providing any type of cracker utility; Providing pirated music or links to such files.

6.Defaming any person or group;

7.Developing restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to from another accessible page);

8.Using your home page (or directory) as storage for remote loading or as a door or signpost to another home page, whether inside or beyond Agrino.Org;

9.Developing home pages or session posts that consist of hyperlinks to content not allowed in Agrino.Org;

10.Having multiple Agrino.Org addresses that are within the same Agrino.Org Neighborhood or that have the same theme; Each Agrino.Org address allows that particular individual to have 10MB  of disk space for his or her files, and an individual may get even more by asking Agrino.Org and providing reasons for requesting additional space;

11.Using Agrino.Org for the purpose of gathering personal identifying information from individuals for commercial or unlawful purposes;

12.Posting or disclosing any personal identifying information belonging to children [Kids: For your safety, please do not put your real name, address, phone number, e-mail address or other personal identifying information on your Personal Home Page or give it to strangers];

13.Violating Internet standards for the purpose of promoting your home page;

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any page from the system which is brought to our attention and which we find, in our sole discretion, violates any of these page content guidelines or otherwise is in violation of the law.

Agrino.Org does not actively monitor the content of Personal Home Pages but we will investigate complaints of violation of these guidelines. Please submit any such complaints directly to us.

Members who are in violation of the Agrino.Org Content Guidelines or Terms of Service may have their membership revoked, services cancelled and their pages, or portions of their pages, suspended or removed without warning, in which event Agrino.Org will not return the removed pages or website to the offending member.

Agrino.Org  is not responsible or liable for any loss of data resulting from our deletion of Personal Home Pages, network or system outages, file corruption or any other reasons. We urge all members to maintain backup versions of their home pages to guard against losses of any kind.

1. Agrino.Org Personal Home Pages are available to peple from Cyprus or people that are planning to develope pages with Cyprus related content.  Agrino.Org reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke any membership (without prior notice).

2.The opinions and views expressed in the Personal Home Pages do not reflect those of Agrino.Org. The contents of the Personal Home Pages are not reviewed in any way before they appear in Agrino.Org.

3.Agrino.Org is not responsible for the content of any Personal Home Page. Members are solely responsible for everything contained in their own Personal Home Pages.  Agrino.Org does not verify, endorse or otherwise vouch for the contents of any Personal Home Page. Members may be held legally liable for the contents of their Personal Home Pages and may be held legally accountable if their home pages include, for example, defamatory comments or material protected by copyright, trademark, patent or trade secret law without the express permission of the author or owner.

4.Agrino.Org is not responsible for the delivery of any goods or services sold or advertised through its members' commercial home pages.

5.Agrino.Org does not actively monitor the content of Personal Home Pages  but will investigate complaints of a violation of the Agrino.Org Content Guidelines and Terms of Service. Please submit any such complaints directly to Agrino.Org.

6.The member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Agrino.Org for any loss, liability, claim, damage, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in connection with the contents of the member's home page.

7.Agrino.Org is not responsible or liable for any loss of data, nor is it required to return any data, resulting from our suspension or deletion of Personal Home Pages, network or system outages, file corruption or any other reasons. We urge all members to maintain backup versions of their home pages to guard against losses of any kind.

Intellectual Property Dispute Policy

In the event that Agrino.Org receives a complaint that the content of a Personal Home Page allegedly infringes intellectual property rights or is otherwise unlawful, Agrino.Org may  request written substantiation of the complaint from the complaining party, for example, substantiation of proof of ownership in the form of a trademark, service mark, patent or copyright. Agrino.Org will take the steps it believes to be appropriate under the circumstances, including, for example:

1.Suspending the site, or a portion of the site, immediately until the dispute is resolved;
2.Providing the member with contact information for the complaining party;
3.Instructing the member to contact the complaining party to resolve the dispute;
4.Informing the complaining party of our actions and ask that party to work directly with the member;
Note: All correspondence between the parties must also be sent to Agrino.Org;
5.Taking the following action based on the progress of the dispute:
If the member has not pursued resolution within 14 days of a notification, the site, or portions of the site, will be deleted; If the complaining party has not pursued resolution within 14 days of the member's response, the site, or portions of the site, will be re-activated; If legal action is pending or the dispute is not settled, the site, or portions of the site, may remain suspended until resolution is reached and Agrino.Org is notified by both parties as to the outcome; If a resolution is reached between the parties, the site, or portions of the site, will be reactivated with any mutually agreed upon modifications. If a copyright, trademark, patent, or other infringement is obvious (such as when pirated computer programs or information used to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, including serial or registration numbers for software programs or any type of cracker utility, is being distributed), Argino.Org also reserves the right, instead of following the above stated procedures, to delete all files without any warning.

Agrino.Org also reserves the following rights:
To amend or change the Agrino.Org Content Guidelines or Terms of Service at any time and without notice; To release current or past member information if Agrino.Org believes that a member's account is in violation of the Agrino.Org Content Guidelines or Terms of Service, is being used to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed and/or if Agrino.Org deems it necessary and/or appropriate; To deny membership to serious or repeat offenders of the Agrino.Org Content Guidelines or Terms of Service; To remove members for conduct that Agrino.Org believes is harmful to other members, to non-members or to Agrino.Org as a Kypros-Net Inc. project;

Note: Kypros-Net Inc. reserves the right to delete your webpage without any warning, if you are not Cypriot and your webpage has nothing to do with Cyprus either.
