Dr. Petros Panayi

Petros Panayi was born in Cyprus. He received an HND degree from the Higher Technical Institute of Cyprus (HTI 1995). He then received the B.Eng. degree with first class honors in Electronics and Communication from the University of Glamorgan (1997). He received his Ph.D. from the University of Glamorgan on radiowave propagation and antennas. The title of his research is “Design and comparative performance evaluation of novel mobile phone antennas and their radiative effects on users." (June 2000). Today, he is working as software developer for Cyprus Stock Exchange (XAK). Petros is member of ETEK. read more (CV)...  


Interests and Hobbies

My Interests are Computer Programming (C, C++, MSVC, Builder C++, Java **, HTML, Visual Basic, Fortran, Matlab, NEC, Linux-Unix-Cygwin), astrophysics, electromagnetic, mathematics, photography, reading and music (bouzouki), video games.
