Free color picker programs from an image

There are sometimes that we need to find the HTML hex color of some pixels of our image. There are many ways to do this. Some programs are free. Get them and have your work done in seconds. If you don't have the original image, you can usually copy and paste from PowerPoint into your image editing software. For various reasons, it's best to use MS Photo Editor for this, if you have it.
