Explorers (Anichneftes)

The Explorers of the Hellenic Scouts are adolescents, girls and boys, age of 15-18 years, who are organized in COMMUNITIES to track aspects of human activity.

The program of the community responds to the needs and the interests of the Explorers and is decided in the SYNODE, where all the members of the community equally participate.

The outdoors life, the dexterities, the intellectual growth, the social collaboration, the physical education, our cultural heritage, the protection of the environment, the concept of serving others and the sense of global fellowship serve as a means of staying occupied and give the opportunity to the Explorers to discover important morals and ideals through democratic pluralism that will help them in their lives later on.
