(6^th March) APOEL Vs KERAVNOS 68 - 75
 

An important away win for the champions. After a good game in Leukotheo they won APOEL 75 - 68.

The girls did not start the game as they wanted and they missed some easy shoots. In the second quarter the team played better and they showed their desire to win this game.

The second half started with our point guard, Despina, having three point shoots out of three and eleven points in total. This gave a great push to the rest of the team to play better defense and in offence play better. The girls left their best for last (as usual !!!) and in the last quarter they showed to their opponent their strength. With fastbreaks and defense that APOEL could not break, they reached a valuable win that will help them in the rest of the championship.

All the girls that played tonight help Keravnos to reach this prestige win over APOEL. Despina with 22 points, Stalo with 18 points  and Silvia with 12 were the best scorers. Julia, Georgia Konstantinou, Chara and Georgia Nikolaou had also a very good night.
