(22^nd December) APOEL Vs KERAVNOS 61 - 60

The team had an insignificant defeat by just one point in the first game of the Cyprus Cup semi-final. The team did not start very well showed nervousness and made easy turnovers. It was probably one of the worst first half's of the team since the beginning of the season.

In the second half the girls played better defence and in offence they showed more concentration in their final attempt. Although APOEL tied to play strong and aggressive (sometimes with dodgy fouls) KERAVNOS did not follow their tactics. In the last five minutes the girls were in front but unfortunately they either missed some easy lay-ups or they made turnovers. The final whistle found APOEL celebrating their short victory like they have actually won the Cup !!
