Despina is a talented young player. She started from a very young age at Keravnos and after a short break in APOEL she return last year to the team were she won her first triple while this year she won with the team the 20005 Super Cup. She is a valuable member of the women's team.
Despina was voted M.V.P of the 2005 Cyprus Super Cup Final (trophy presented by the vice-president of the Cyprus Basketball Federation Mr. Palalas)
